Note that fulfillment times may vary due to the handmade nature of our individual studio’s products.

Orders are prepared with discreet packaging. Tracking details are sent after dispatch.

Generally the delivery days will be around 10-15 business days and that are only estimated and not guaranteed.

Tracking your order: All orders include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped. You can also track your order using your tracking number here.

Please be sure to write the required information clearly to prevent slow delivery.

As a small independent studio, every OhO moments order is prepared with a lot of care.

At this time, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

This helps us protect the hygiene and safety of our products while keeping our small-batch, handmade work sustainable.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue, and I’ll review it personally and do my best to make things right.
