Hi, I’m Aster Ho, the founder, creator, and curator behind OhO moments.
Online, people often talk about “aha moments”—the small flashes when something suddenly clicks. I loved that idea, but I wanted the name to feel more personal, so I combined it with my family name, Ho, and created OhO moments.
“OhO” is also a small expression of surprise and happiness: the reaction you have when something unexpected catches your attention and immediately feels right.
Daily life can be repetitive and mechanical. I hope the things I create and discover can interrupt that rhythm for a moment—through the weight of metal, an unfamiliar shape, a detail revealed against the skin, or an object that feels instinctively yours.
That is what “moments” means to me: brief flashes of curiosity, recognition, desire, and micro-joy hidden inside ordinary life.
SOFT POWER. COLD METAL.
Most OhO moments pieces are original objects I design and make myself, often by hand and in small batches. Others are things I discover and carefully select because they belong in the same world.
I’m drawn to dark feminine energy—not as a look reserved for women, but as a form of power that anyone can express. It can be soft without becoming submissive, sensual without asking for approval, protective without hiding, and beautiful without losing its edge.
Chainmail is central to the way I explore that tension. Its metal is cold and structured, but it moves with the body. It can resemble armor, yet remain intimate. It protects and reveals at the same time.
The objects I choose follow the same instinct: dark romance, precise construction, tactile details, and a quiet sense of danger. Some pieces whisper. Others refuse to be ignored.
Through OhO moments, I create and find objects for the parts of you that do not need to be softened, simplified, or explained.

Identity doesn’t need permission or a perfect label.
Created or discovered, every object needs a reason to belong.
